1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 - 17 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the world. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

✔️ Wait 24-48 hours in case of a carrier delay.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at thelaughingloom.com. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to update the shipping details.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
